At Rascals we acknowledge the importance of working in partnership with parents. Listening to parents and children and taking into account their needs allows us to assist you in the care of your child.

An 'open door' policy' is operated, making parents feel welcome and valued and feel that they can 'pop' into the nursery at any time. We also have opportunities throughout the year when parents are invited into the nursery to discuss their child's development. Rascals hold quarterly parents meetings, giving the opportunity to talk to the senior management team. Quarterly newletters are distributed informing you about each of our nurseries, staff training, themes and organised outings; and offering parents information with regard to parenting advice and issues.

Rascals nurseries have a full range of policies/care practices including admissions, meal provision, discipline and behaviour policies.

In partnership with Cheshire County Council we offer funded places for all 3 and 4 year olds.
